A stomach cancer is the growth of abnormal cells. Mostly the symptoms are not present in the earlier stages of stomach cancer. A stomach cancer spreads quickly specially the liver and the lungs. Another symptom of stomach cancer may include the enlargement of the liver with skin turning yellowish in colour and cancerous skin nodules.
